Kioku’s Restaurant at The OWO
Kioku is a Japanese restaurant created by Endo Kazutoshi, a Yokohama-born third-generation sushi master who fuses the nostalgia of treasured memories with world-class culinary skill.
Endo grew up immersed in a family tradition of sushi-making, learning from his father and grandfather whilst spending much of his childhood in their restaurant and at local fish markets. Influenced by his mother’s appreciation for other disciplined art forms, he developed a creative and refined approach to sushi that shapes his cooking style today.
It is under Endo’s creative direction that Executive Chef George Gkoregias, and Sushi Chef Shibata Takehito lead a team passionate about conjuring magic in every bite.

Kioku’s Chef’s Table is set discreetly at the heart of our London restaurant, overlooking the kitchen as a unique spot for diners looking to be immersed. With the option to draw sliding doors and enjoy a more personal experience, the Chef’s Table is available as a private dining option; perfect for corporate meetings and special occasions.
Alongside this exclusive space is our other private dining room in London, The Turret, an extraordinary space where 12 guests can enjoy Kioku’s extraordinary food and atmosphere in one of The OWO’s iconic turrets.
